The person who helped me today was fantastic. He was courteous and extremely helpful, thoughtful and precise. He'd made some copies for me and really went over and above in his demeanor and helpfulness. The job was perfect and his customer service skills are excellent! I really appreciate UPS having such wonderful people onboard.

Kelsey was so helpful to me with my Amazon return. The return label code wasn’t working right and she took the time to get it to work on my phone and completed my return. She also explained how to do it next time and explained the options so I would choose the correct one next time. So very nice and awesome customer service. Best employee I’ve ever gotten there. This store is conveniently located near my office, and they are quick and efficient. If you happen to be lucky enough to get Kelsey! She’s fantastic, and even helped fix a mistake I had in an address after I had left the store. She literally saved Christmas for a granddaughter. Just fabulous over the top customer service. This five star review is for your worker who goes by Ari but her name is Kelsey. While standing in line I watched Ari give amazing customer service to the gentleman in front of me. He had done one of his online returns wrong, and she almost effortlessly fixed it for him without it holding up the line or anything. Please let her know that her intelligence and work ethic are appreciated by the community she serves!
