The girl in customer service had a rude attitude and didn't really even help, not only to me but to the other two people who were in front of me on the line, she wasn't kind. I recommend going to another point.

Sometimes they are open on time. Some times not. Sometimes they seem to just be closed. When open no one is ever in the lobby you have to call out for service. When service is given it’s with frown. Management should look into this location. Love USPS service just not at this location.

Went in today to try and do an in-person verification for a change of address I tried to do online. True, I did not have the second form of identification that is apparently required (I thought my photo ID and the barcode I was sent via email would be sufficient, did not see in the email that a second ID was needed) and the lady at the counter was so rude and so dismissive. I could not even get a full sentence out before she would speak over me, and all she would say is "did you read the email? did you read the whole email?" in an incredibly condescending tone. She made me stand there and read the list on the website of acceptable forms of ID, then asked me if I had any of those. Y'all, I had only the wallet and phone in my hands, no bag or big pockets, and it was quite obvious that I only had what I had shown her. I did not come in there with attitude and I only developed a "tone" with her when she spoke over me for the 100th time. Idk how the other employees are on other days, but this particular one was not helpful, unless you like getting talked to like you're an idiot.

I’d give a ZERO Stars if that was possible. The office is supposed to open at 0800. (as posted on the door!) we have adjusted to the fact that this is NEVER the case on Wednesdays anymore, but now they don’t even bother to open by 0830 on Wednesday AND Thursday. My guess is this the case in other days as well. POST CORRECT HOURS or open the &@$! lobby on time or back to 24hr access. Many of us can’t be late to work or leave early to come get the mail!

Can never tell when they are actually open.
So much for rain or hail or sleet. Nah, just closed in the middle of the day and then still not open when you return after their posted reopening time.
Or you can buy/rent a PO Box from them and pay for it. All is fine. You get a bill to renew and pay it. Later go to check your mail, key doesn’t work because “you haven’t paid your renewal”. Any mail inside was lost.
Weeks pass and I receive my hand written uncashed check in the mail at my home that I had given them to pay for my PO Box.
What a joke this post office is.

Lady working is rude and doesn’t know what she’s talking about when it comes to mailing something. Said no supervisor available. No reason to be so nasty. Go to another post office.

I really appreciate the job the clerks do. (Carriers, too.) Working for the USPS and with the public is stressful. (That's why it's called, going postal.) Anyway, over the years, I've learned to steer clear of the place on Saturdays or whenever else there'll be long lines. Kind of glad to see negative reviews here. Maybe these people will stay away!PS: An update. The hours here have become VERY spotty. Very unpredictable. If I had to do it over again, I'd rent a box at a more reliable branch.

always closed because they are short staffed unless you go super early in the morning :/ not mad at the staff but PLEASE GET A PACKAGE DROP BOX LIKE EVERY OTHER POST OFFICE
