Seemingly never open, and if they are, there’s a handwritten note about it being closed because someone is at lunch at a random hour in the afternoon.

Had a return weighing less than a pound with a QR code to return in package’s original packaging. They wouldn’t even put a strip of tape on the package to seal, told me I had to buy a whole roll from them. Will stick with UPS and FedEx in the future.
