Lady working is rude and doesn’t know what she’s talking about when it comes to mailing something. Said no supervisor available. No reason to be so nasty. Go to another post office.

I really appreciate the job the clerks do. (Carriers, too.) Working for the USPS and with the public is stressful. (That's why it's called, going postal.) Anyway, over the years, I've learned to steer clear of the place on Saturdays or whenever else there'll be long lines. Kind of glad to see negative reviews here. Maybe these people will stay away!PS: An update. The hours here have become VERY spotty. Very unpredictable. If I had to do it over again, I'd rent a box at a more reliable branch.

The Good Things:All the employees that work at this location are friendly. There is always shipping materials in the lobby. It's clean! The Bad Things:There's NO DROP BOX for packages inside or outside. No kiosk, there is always going to be a waiting line. Closed at different lunch times.I personally recommend this post office even with all the bad things. The employees are great! They can't help this post office branch is always busy. They higher ups need to hire another full-time employee. They could add a KIOSK to the lobby and 2 DROP BOXES, that would HELP this branch out so much. I wish that I knew who to contact. I guarantee you that I could get enough signatures or votes from people to get a KIOSK in this post office. The Highlands has lots of business owners... The Post-Office should be taking better care of us,(Business-Owners)! Last year I personally spent over $19,000 in shipping cost... I have the receipts to prove it and we can't forget about all the taxes that I pay into. I'm not asking for much... Just a night drop box and a kiosk would be nice to go beside the drop box.MAKE IT HAPPEN! (PLEASE)

Some of the rudest employees I have ever encountered. "Clerk 27" specifically always looks annoyed that you dare to walk in there and expect her to do her job. I had an issue with a package I'd sent being returned and she told me I'd have to pay to resend it, even though it was USPS that screwed up. It was the fault of someone on the receiving city, but this employee was unnecessarily rude and unapologetic. I was told I'd have to contact the USPS in that city, and when I told her to forget it, I'd just go to UPS, she yelled after me with a sarcastic response as I walked out the door. I would like to continue to support the USPS, but this unprofessional attitude seems pretty common there now, so I'm done.

Randomly closes. You can never tell if they'll be open or not. Sometimes they leave a note and don't lock the door to the PO boxes. Today (not a holiday) closed randomly at 3:30.I get if you all are short staffed but I don't get why they wouldn't hire someone. I also don't understand how it's alright just to close the whole office and dip out without even leaving a note. One guy also smokes cigarettes inside

Needed a change of address form. This is my first time moving I wasn’t really sure what to do. I came in mid day and tried asking the clerk for help. She immediately became very rude. Stating it was her lunch break and got up and left. There was multiple other customers in the store, we all were stunned at her actions. I never got the form or even got a chance to ask for one.

All the employees are very hard working and deserve way more credit for what they do on a daily basis. Almost every I try to send a painting or other artwork through UPS or FEDEX it's pretty freaking expensive. But after that I go to the local Post Office and I get it shipped with a tracking number for less than half the cost. I've never had any altercation or felt disrespected by any of the employees like some of my experiences with other mailing places.Nick Sea gives it 5 Butterfingers up!

This location used to be a bank, but I will say this is one of the faster post offices to get your packages and mail sent out quickly. I never really wait in a line. The clerks are always very helpful in getting me everything I need one of the best locations in Louisville.

Place is always closed without notice, with signs on the door that say"Will be back at 1:30""Will be back at 3:30"Sometimes the outer door is locked, sometimes it's not. This is the only post office near me and I have to use it a lot, and this has happened to me at least 5 separate times in the past month.

Do not use this post office if you need drop off a package or buy postage, they are often NOT OPEN when they say they are open. Post updated hours online, don't just put a sign on your inside door that you can't even see until after you park and waste time walking inside.

An extremely nasty person Elena who works here. She refused to give me a receipt for my certified mail while other locations have no issues with that. All she could did was wishing me a good day. I’d rather walk an extra few blocks instead of coming to this location where I’m gonna get an attitude for no reason
