Hours: The United States Postal Service provides helpful customer service, with employees described as extremely helpful over the phone and in person. One person was assisted with setting up a redelivery for a missed package, which was dropped off the next day with no issues, leaving them with their problem solved. Another employee was able to confirm a customer's suspicion about an advanced scam involving a fake company and false tracking information for a package that did not go to their address.
