Called repeatedly over the course of an hour and nobody ever answered the phone. Maybe if their staff was capable of doing something as simple as delivering a package, I wouldn't have to be calling. But alas, they are not, and I'll now have to alter my work day to physically go into the office to file a complaint and assuredly receive no help or explanation for why their staff is incapable of doing their job. Can't wait.

I had made an order to be delivered to me. That needs to be signed for I got a text saying it was signed and deliver at 1:18pm but how is that if I was at work at that time I don't have it in my possession so do I have to talk to why they keep hanging up on me

Tax payer money pays for the phone but they dont answer it. why even have this branch when the main branch is less than a mile away. They wont deliver your packages and say that your house is inaccessible just because the driver doesnt feel like it. The laziest USPS branch ive ever seen.

Would give zero stars if I could. This is the second time i've gotten an attempted delivery notice for it to be forwarded to an unknown address. I've been getting mail send to my address from other delivery company's with no problems. USPS seems to be the only one that won't deliver to me for whatever reason. I tried calling only to be hung up on after waiting for 10 minuets. Trash service. No wonder USPS is going out of business

I've been waiting 20 mins for someone to come to the window. The post says to ring the bell 1 time. I can hear people talking, and the phones ringer is turned off.

Spoke to an employee this morning with an unique problem. He was able to confirm what I suspected. I now will need to forward my issue to a postal inspector, but I now know I am correct. I was scammed by a fake company providing false tracking information. The clerk confirmed it but I need to take the issue up with a postal inspector.Update: I ordered an item from a fake company website. The site was for a company but the receipt was from an individual so I knew the second I received a confirmation from my processor that it was like fraud. Tried to cancel the payment immediately with both the processor and my bank, but was unable to cancel on the weekend. Tried to claim the shipment as undelivered and the seller provided a valid tracking number for an package delivered to my zip code. This is a advanced scam method, daily thousands of tracking numbers are gathered through web crawling, scrapping, or hacking. Then the fraudster selects an unrelated shipment going to your zip code. I though I was going to have to go through the postal inspector to get proof the package with the tracking number provided did not go to my address. The postal employ above confirmed the tracking number I provided did not go to my address, but could not provide more as I was not the customer for that package. Upon closer review the tracking number provided was for a package shipped some hours before I placed my order and for a first class package not priority mail. First class package are limited to items less than one pound, my item was obviously over a pound. So I was able to get a refund from my processor on the third attempt after they closed my claim twice in favor of the seller.

I sent a flat mailer priority overnight to pay off a car, it had to be there asap or would continue to build interest, when I tracked it the website said went out for delivery but then for some reason was back at the post office for pick up. This was going to a big financial institution there was no reason for it not to have been delivered. I kept trying to call the location because im not in the same state and the phone would just ring and eventually just hang up, I tried calling for 30 mins straight and same issue. After reading other reviews I'm not worried that it's not going to get delivered at all in time.

DO NOT TRUST THIS POST OFFICE! They have lost $200 worth of my items and won’t reimburse me. For one of the packages it was determined that the box would not physically fit in my mail box but they are swearing it was placed in my mail box or one of my neighbors boxes. I have had issues for the 2 years I have lived within their delivery zone and it’s been hell. They never answer the phone and Joshua Combs will probably steal your packages if he gets his hands on it.

Called and got hung up on, twice. My package was noted undeliverable and left note. Nothing was left and I was home that day. Very worried after reading these reviews that I will not be receiving my package. How are all these issues being reported and nothing done about it? It's an obvious solution. Take action, get rid of this management immediately.

They don't deliver packages. Git a notification that a package delivery was attempted and a note with further instructions was left and there is no note and no delivery was attempted. I was at my house all day and no one attempted to deliver anything. Says it is ready for pick up at the 40213 post office and due to health issues I can't drive, which is why I needed the delivery. I don't know anywhere else that you can halfass your job and stay employed.

I ordered clothing for my kids for Christmas and had them delivered the mail carrier decided that he would mark my package undeliverable instead of taking it off the truck I literally stopped him and asked was there a package for me from old navy because he had only left the Macys packages he said no and then I get a email the package was returned to sender cuz of my address and now I'm calling and calling and nobody will answer the phone

Phones are never answered and my mail always ends up somewhere else despite already having my address changed.
