I'd like to thank Caleb for the outstanding customer service he provided us after my phone was lost on the Beehive Trail in Acadia National Park Maine earlier this month. We bought a new phone before my old phone was found and returned to me. Caleb went above and beyond to get our new phone set up. He was understanding with our issue and literally spent what I estimate to be several hours with us. If every customer service rep was as polite, helpful and knowledgeable as Caleb customers would not leave a business. IMHO, customer service is THE differentiating factor when comparing businesses since most cell phone carriers offer the same service for comparable prices.

I had a big problem with billing after correctly buying an international plan for long distance while on a mission trip to Cuba. I had paid for $10 a day coverage ahead, but Verizon kept saying I was racking up tremendous amounts of fee daily while in Cuba. I called almost daily to clear it up being promised it was a mistake and that I had already paid for international coverage. I came home to a bill of over $1,000. However, the manager at Norton Verizon, Quentin, who had sold me the plan, stuck by me. I had to go over there numerous times and we together stayed on the phone with the national company. Quentin was patient and respectful to all and, in the end, prevailed and I did not pay any more than I had originally for international service. I appreciated his professionalism and tenacity. I will definitely return there for my phone upgrades and all other services. I will add I had been there several times before that incident and had good experiences with others.

Avoid this location. They will add things to your bill and promise waived activation fees but never follow through.I was told that if I added mobile insurance to my order that I would receive waived activation fees on each of my lines. To date, I've been billed for the insurance, but I have received no credits to my bill and Verizon billing isn't able to help.

Been a Verizon customer for 13 years and am now actually searching for a different carrier. I broke my phone on 5/31 and went into this store for assistance. I was helped by Terrance and let me say the experience was terrible. Once he found that I had declined the device protection I was treated like less than a customer. This store used to be great it was my preferred store but now I will never return. The employees are unprofessional and not helpful at all. I had more than enough money to purchase a new phone but after that experience I bought a phone unlocked from Best buy and am rethinking my deal with Verizon altogether.

Verizon was once at the top of the cell phone chain, but lately, the phone service and counter service are very disappointing.The staff at the stores are unhelpful and lack knowledge of how to service or troubleshoot issues.The phone service itself has decreased in places where a signal was once available, and calls are being dropped.The premium service that we are paying for is no longer valid. We have been with Verizon for 20 years, and are now so unsatisfied that we are considering moving to another company.I do love the HUM car assistant. It is very useful and does what it's supposed to do, including maintenance reminders, setting boundaries, alerts to any issues, and tracking where the car is in real-time.

I returned and iPad, Apple Watch and earbuds 3 days ago because I was flat out lied too and still don't have my refund posted to my credit card. This store is borderline criminal, all because a Jamal (sales rep) was not honest. I have spent hours dealing with this and highly recommend you do not go to this store. The owner even replied with a BS response that that they dont want bad experiences but when I replied to her I never heard back. I have disputed the charge with the bank and will continue to post reviews until I get my money back.

Customer service at this store is not great. We are 15+ years customer of Verizon and went to this store to upgrade my daughter’s phone. There were more employees than customers but still we waited for 30 mins in the queue and saw no signs of getting our turn. I asked an employee for an update and she seemed bothered by getting interrupted by my question and said she is in the middle of something so she will ask others to check. I just asked her to take me off the queue and left. Visited the other store on Shelbyville and had a much better experience. They tell you exactly how much is your wait time and how many customers are ahead of you.

Terrible. Waited for what seems like forever and still didn't get helped. I ended up just leaving and I guess I'll figure out my own phone or try a more knowledgeable store. Don't go here. Wish I could give less stars.

Went in today to upgrade my phone & was helped by Randell. He was very attentive, showed great customer service, & had a good attitude. The other employees also had good attitudes. Overall, the experience was seamless & easy!!
