Waited on hold for 20 minutes, answered, put me on hold and hung up. I called back and waited on hold for 40 minutes and it went past their closing time and they never answered!Unbelievable lack of concern!

Not sure what store is normally like but this was my first visit here, the parking lot was full and there were a couple of employees outside hanging out with the doors to the store locked. Finally, they stop ignoring us & answer someone, I assume is a regular there, that they are closed, with no explanation. Shame.
