“Hate that it doesn't stay open 24 hours anymore but at least it does stay open until midnight (12am). Hate having to drive this far late at night to get something that was forgotten while shopping because Kroger and Walmart, which isn't very far away, is closed already. They really need a bigger section for cats. The pet section is really big but it's cat section is really small. It's all for the dogs, I understand that there are a lot of people that are dog owners but there a lot of people that own cats and even people that own both cats and dogs. It's still the only grocery/department store open until midnight instead of 24/7 a dayweek. Guess everything is going to stay as it was a long time ago.....some gas stations open 24/7, grocery and department stores open until 9 or 10 pm with the exception of Meijer until 12 am and Walmart 10/11 pm and Sundays every store (almost) opened at noon (12pm) and closed at 6 pm. This isn't a good thing. It's still the same and it still closes at midnight. There was a lot of places that were 24 hours but everything has gone back to how it was when I was younger. Places opened at noon on Sundays and closed at a certain time during the week just a little later on Friday and Saturdays and then places like Kroger and Walmart stayed open 24 hours and Meijer opened locations in this state, Kentucky. Now every since the pandemic happened places started going back to the original time closure so nothing is really open 24 hours anymore. Yes, there are a few, very few, places that are open 24 hours a day. Some 24 hour gas stations will close for a couple hours, for cleaning is what has been said, and then reopen again. Things are definitely weird after that.... and still nothing has changed. The hours are still the same, closing at midnight instead of being open 24/7 a week except for Christmas Day!! It's still the same and that's including that is only open until midnight instead of 24/7.”
“I wish I had used this pharmacy so much sooner. I could actually cry tears of joy. Having a monthly prescription to pick up and trying to use Kro*** or Wal****** for proximity’s sake had been a hellish experience that I dreaded every month. I just left Middletown Pharmacy and Wellness and had to write a review immediately because every single aspect of my pharmacy-switching and prescription-filling experience was so fast, easy, and friendly?. I was thinking, wait, it can be THIS simple? Getting my meds doesn’t have to feel like the Soup episode of Seinfeld? I’ll be a faithful customer that’s for sure. Highly recommend!”

“Serves it purpose of getting your vehucle fueled up. One way in, one way out cuts diwn on confusion. Pump #4 can be a hassle for most. A man was trying to get gas and had to put hus card in 8 times before it was accepted. It only took one try for me. Prices are usually lower than other non Sam's Club gas stations.”
“I came in here cuz I got online and saw that they had sugar-free oatmeal which is kind of hard to find. So it's great value brand and I come in and I look all around by the Great value oatmeals and I can't find it, but usually they don't lie online so I kept looking and you'll see in the picture where all the Great value Oatmeals are on the left and yet they put it on the other side of the Quakers and they "hid" it behind the packages hanging from the shelf
This is a great place to grab groceries when you're not in a big hurry but also not out for a shopping expedition.

“They were very instrumental in me receiving my much needed steroid eye drops! I initially paid $171 for the drops as the Insurance provider refused to pay despite many attempts! It was worked out with the help of the pharmacy staff, Nortons Audubon, and my doctors staff! I received a full refund within 2 days credited back to my American Express Card! Thank you Nortons Audubon, unlike Nortons Brownsboro, you not only looked into the matter, you got things done! I will definitely make the drive from Prospect to pick up any future needed medication. I am done with Nortons Brownsboro , the rude staff there is appalling! I am not the only one who thinks so either!!”
“The people are great and treat you like you should be treated and not like a herd of cattle like places like Walgreens. Since the first time I went in Ms Rebecca who's been there since the beginning has remembered my name, my girlfriends name and always treated us as I would assume anyone would want to be. If there's ever any issues with pre auth or anything, they're quick to take care of it for you and any time I've had prescriptions sent over from my Dr, hospital or wherever, they were either already ready when I got there or filled right when I showed up. Never had to wait more than maybe ten minutes at the most and after recommending this place to other people I know they now I'll no longer use another pharmacy themselves. Highly recommended in my book, they do the texts to lyk when your meds are ready if you aren't up there to begin with, they have a drive thru and do sell other medical items and a few other random things in store. The only downside of this place at all is they close at like 6 on weekdays and are closed on Sunday but I've never had any issues with it and I'm sure anyone else can deal with it as well. Beats waiting somewhere else for an hour or two to be treated like cattle. Not naming names Walgreens lol”
“The best pharmacy in Louisville! I will never go anywhere else because the staff is so friendly, helpful, and always go above and beyond to make sure I am getting the best price available. Krishma, Ronnie, and Aleah go above & beyond for their customers — so much better than the big chains! I think the longest I’ve ever had to wait on the phone to reach an actual person (rather than a messaging system) is about 1 minute. This place is the best!”

“I have been using Louisville Compounding Pharmacy for a while now for one of my cat's thyroid medications. As a rule, they do not ship out deliveries on Fridays but when they found out that my cat would run out of his meds before Monday, they shipped it out and I received it on Saturday. EXCEPTIONAL customer service and I highly recommend.”
“I dont usually come to this Walmart simply because the service during past visits, in my opinion, has been terrible, however today was different. I needed help in the cosmetics area, and surprisingly the male employee that assisted me was great! He was kind, quick, and very knowledgeable, and so willing to assist me! He made my customer experience very pleasant. Walmart needs many more like this employee!

“List pharmacy is inside 7 county by do you believe it is Norton's children building on Broadway they don't just feel the patients that go there with medication is there a full service pharmacy with a small town appeal. We move to Louisville from a smaller town up north where are they all know your name and knew what you were there to pick up and had it ready when it was supposed to be not 3 days later I didn't think I will ever find one when we move to Louisville my daughter had so much trouble getting her ADHD medication because nobody could keep it in stock or it would be late every time and her system would be out of sync. I called to check here to see if they just so happened to have it in stock and they did and then they told me I could get all the medication there they can even FedEx it to us if we didn't make it to pick it up if they're not open on weekends and they close at 2 p.m. on Friday hometown hospitality the staff is always nice when ready to help you I have never waited more than 45 minutes to an hour to go pick up a prescription if they have had to order it they actually care they apologize and make sure they have it when they say.i definitely recommend”

Also, they have started up their own immediate care, which is awesome and you’re not waiting hours and hours to be seen when you’re sick.. I love family health centers and their mission. I rarely have ever had a bad experience when going here for the dentist or primary care doctors they actually care about you and help you to figure out what’s wrong. You feel valued as a patient. “After running into a nightmare scenario at the Fern Creek CVS, I'm transferring all of my meds here. I had to fill a couple prescriptions in December and January, and ValuMarket filled them within 15 minutes of the doctors calling them in (and they weren't 8 days behind like I was told CVS was). Sure, they don't have a drive-through, but I'll take 100% better service inside the store over a drive-through lane. They take most insurance plans too. This is the closest thing to a hometown (non-chain) pharmacy with individual quick service we're going to get in Louisville.”
