“I love this store! They carry everything Disney and a whole lot more. My grandkids love everything I get them from here. I get shirts and pajama bottoms, stuffed animals, backpacks, socks and cute little clips for backpacks and hoodies and a lot more. I already have their Christmas gifts from here. “Part of me does not want to write this review. If I share with you that this is my favorite second hand store, I may miss out on that fabulous Kate Spade bag or that Lilly Pulitzer dress. No, I can’t tell you about this. They are constantly changing out their items and sharing fabulous finds on Instagram. They are so savvy and fashion forward. I’ve honestly found some of my favorite things here. No, I can’t tell you this. Then you’re going to catch all the good finds. At least Stella’s has plenty of incredible options to share with all. “I had a complicated issue with my Hot Topic app account that customer support wasn’t able to resolve remotely, and I was feeling pretty frustrated! Not until I met Jane and Nick. Despite how busy the store was, both of them went out of their way to help me in person with patience, professionalism, and genuine care.
While juggling other tasks and assisting other customers, they took the time to sit down with me and troubleshoot the problem step-by-step. They even wrote down notes while we worked through the issue together to make sure nothing was missed. That kind of attention to detail and customer care is rare, and I honestly didn’t expect it whatsoever.
On top of that, Jane personally helped me adjust and fit a belt I needed for a convention I was attending. She took the time to make sure it fit just right, with care and style advice that made a big difference. Her enthusiasm and kindness made the whole experience not just helpful, but genuinely fun.

“Dot Fox is located a couple of streets over from my house. My fiancé and I stumbled across it one day while we were out walking. I’m an avid coffee drinker and was looking for something new to try. The sign out front caught our attention first, beautifully highlighting all that Dot Fox has to offer. It’s a one of a kind establishment filled with unique clothing pieces, extremely tasty beverages, eye catching jewelry, noteworthy literature, and many spiritual treasures as well. The staff is always engaging, friendly, and helpful. We frequent Dot Fox, making it a point to visit weekly to grab a Iced Chai (they even make the chai themselves and it’s delicious) or an Iced Carmella. The owner Sally is truly a delight, creating magic in every interaction. Visiting her store is something I highly recommend to locals and tourists alike. It’s a store that captures the beauty and weirdness that is Louisville Culture.
