Just started Pure Barre 2 months ago. While it was a tough start? Lots of shaking and soreness? I have become so much stronger in just 24 classes. My body has already changed and I am much more flexible. And? I'm 57 years old! (lol) I'm a lifer! Thank you PBCP!

I had the intro class in this studio and it was amazing, the instructor was motivating and guiding us thru the class, so we could improve the technique!
