Huck's, operated by Martin and Bayley, Inc., has expanded to over 130 locations across five states and has become a financially robust company with a workforce exceeding 2,500 employees. In a landmark decision in March 2001, the Martin and Bayley family sold the company to its employees, creating a 100% employee-owned enterprise. Additionally, Huck's established the Karing for Kids Charitable Fund in 2005 to support underprivileged children during Christmas and continues to enhance this initiative year-round, reflecting its commitment to community welfare. Customers praise Huck's for its amazing customer service, nice stores, and variety of offerings. However, some express disappointment with the quality and pricing of certain food items, like a breakfast sandwich that was described as having a "hard as a rock" egg. Additionally, some customers have noted that Huck's only offers breakfast foods during lunchtime, which can be inconvenient. Despite these minor issues, Huck's has also received positive reviews for its Godfather's pizza, which customers describe as delicious and affordable. One customer even commended a Middle Eastern employee for handling a racially insensitive situation with professionalism and grace, setting an example of how to address such challenges. Overall, Huck's appears to be a well-established and community-oriented business that strives to provide a positive customer experience, while also supporting charitable initiatives and promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Had Godfathers Pizza. Sat at the outside tables. People were very friendly and our lunch was enjoyable.
March 2026
We had to stop by for some gas real quick, so I walked in and paid for our gas with cash at the till, and noticed they had some tasty pizza puffs for pretty cheap. The woman at the register was sweet and provided fast service.
I just wish gas prices go back down (not their fault though, hence the 5 stars)
