I had the most pleasant & most positive experience that I've had in a while. Tammy was the reason for that! She was so friendly & positive & it made my day! When I asked if my insurance was submitted for my medicine, Tammy said that it wasn't. She said that she was going to check my insurance. I asked if she wanted me to come inside & she stated that it would only take a minute. I was truly grateful for that because the other CVS in NC wouldn't made me come inside. Tammy is a prime example of excellent customer service! She's definitely a rock star in my book & I truly appreciated her kindness!”
