“The staff at Bluegrass Pharmacy go above and beyond to take care of their patients. My daughter was just called in some meds late in the day, and I didn’t even stop because I thought the pharmacy would be closed. One of their wonderful pharmacists Suzanne called after hours when the script came through and told me she would go wait for me to get there because she didn’t want her to go overnight without the steroids and neb treatments prescribed. In addition, Suzanne takes wonderful care of my mother with medication sensitivities and goes above and beyond to make sure the brands she needs are in stock. Thank you Bluegrass! I appreciate your service.”

“I'm new to the Madisonville, Kentucky area so I had to have my prescriptions transferred here. The day that I was there, I was exhausted! I had the most pleasant & most positive experience that I've had in a while. Tammy was the reason for that! She was so friendly & positive & it made my day! When I asked if my insurance was submitted for my medicine, Tammy said that it wasn't. She said that she was going to check my insurance. I asked if she wanted me to come inside & she stated that it would only take a minute. I was truly grateful for that because the other CVS in NC wouldn't made me come inside. Tammy is a prime example of excellent customer service! She's definitely a rock star in my book & I truly appreciated her kindness!”
