The agent I worked with was professional and friendly. She was patient and explained everything to me. Don’t know her name but she has long colorful fingernails.

Short wait time to pay my bill there's usually a few people in there looking at phones and paying on their phones didn't take but about 10 minutes and I got waited on person was somewhat friendly took care of me and I was out of there
