I had to come back for a double dose. These crooks are truly terrible. I would highly advise anyone considering their phone plans to run in the complete opposite direction. They will lie, manipulate and basically rob you for something you cant even use at the end on the day. If I could give negative stars I would. Horroble service, lying staff, and incompetant customer service. Hopefully they will be a thing of the past sooner than later.

I was lied to about a phone to get me to buy it and out the door. Once purchased, it was issue after issue. Continuously lied to and sent in circles on the phone because no one was competant enough to help. Then at the end of the day, Im stuck with a $1200 piece of junk I cant use and dont want. I am going to pay my phone off to get out of their predatory clutches and go back to ATT which is a huge pain, but way less than these incompetant low lives. I dont know how these people can sleep at night.

Ordered internet. They sent the supplies and it drops all the time. Had a friend over and they had sent me the old style modem.

I went to cancel some of my services and I was immediately directed to just call corporate. The staff weren’t helpful at all. I don’t understand why it is even here to be honest.

A bad storm took out my entertainment center. The next day I got another TV and blu-ray player at Best buy. My big concern was how hard will it be to get another spectrum cable box. This part was very easy. All I had to do was bring in the old cable box and the remote. Then I explained that lightning took out the cable box and they gave me all new equipment free of charge. I was in the store and out within 15 minutes. Also all workers were helpful and friendly.

1st off they sent me a phone accidentally. That someone else bought.I tried to return it but didn't have a return label,I started getting charged for the phone so I tried activating it, but couldn't bc it was "reported lost or stolen by someone" they "tried" to whitelist the phone but said they couldn't.So finally they emailed me a return label after calling them 4 more times asking for one. They emailed it to me without me knowing it was going to be an email. I thought they would send one through the mail but didnt, and by the time I found it in my email. The time frame to send it back was "expired".So now I'm back on the phone with them to try to get another return label and they are telling me fhat they can't refund me the money or accept the return of the phone bc it was past the deadline to return it. I DID NOT ASK FOR THE PHONE IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Update: cables haphazardly left in the yard by techs after a second visit needed to correct my connection problems. Almost mowed them over and would’ve cost my mower. Couldn’t even schedule a second visit in store, had a paper rudely shoved in my face and had to use the app. What are these Karen’s in the store paid for?Rude Karen’s working the counter and the internet is terrible. Why bother having a physical location if you can’t do anything for customers in store? Waiting on a second technician visit tomorrow that they wouldn’t schedule in store…just handed us a paper. Had to schedule through the app. If tomorrow visit doesn’t resolve the problem, I’ll be switching.

I purchased 2 motorola cellphones from them. 1 for me & 1 for my wife. Both of our phones are fantastic. We'll both stay with these phones & when my phone minutes end with tracfone we'll both never go back to tracfone. I recommend anyone that's with tracfone to switch to spectrum, their plans are a lot better plus they don't rip you off like tracfone does
