“These folks are the best. Jill in particular who serviced us. She bent ovet backwards to help us in a great time of need. Our car was totaled and we knew nobody in town. She heard her company was towing our car and graciously offered us rides to our hotel and to get something to eat. She later found out my wife went back to hospital in an Emergency situation and she came to me to offer me some support in my time need. My wife and i want to thank you for making us realize there still good people in this world. Your service and you are the best. As my wife called you our Angel. I highly highly recommend this place. “I recently took a vehicle from a local used dealership on a test drive and needed to get mechanic inspection - I pulled in the parking lot and approached two men working in the shop, after telling them my situation, one took time away from what he was working on to help me in the parking lot - the vehicle was a larger suv so the first thing he did was check for rust in the problem areas that were the most important, pointed out some of the red flags he saw around the engine, and gave me some really helpful advice on what to look for in any used car I test drive in the future - my mom and I were very appreciative of his kindness and honesty”
“Excellent service,friendly staff. Pulled in with a blown air bag on the tractor, the mechanic had the old one off in minutes. Had to wait about 30 minutes for the new one to arrive and we were back on the road in no time. Very affordable.”
“We had an unfortunate accident with a broken side window on the Jeep. The crew was able to order a replacement OE Mopar glass and have it replaced in just a couple days. “I was riding my bicycle down Highway 45 towards Mayfield KY this morning, when my handle bars on my bicycle came loose, requiring immediate attention and repair in order to continue my journey. Thankfully, I was approaching Seay Motors who had some wonderful mechanics already at work in the shop that fixed my bike respectfully and as a quick courtesy. They had the wrench needed to tighten my handlebars, and I was back in the road in just a few minutes. The facility was very clean and well organized, and the mechanics and office manager were very kind. Though they probably would have rather sold me a car, their courtesy and kindness regarding my simple bike repair left me with a good impression of their business to visit them in the future for other legitimate car needs.”
