“The cashier was rude, she never smiled or asked how we was today or if found everything okay or found all we needed. She needs to be more friendlier. I spend a lot of money in this place this time of year especially because of baseball season. There is no sense of being rude. We was in there between 5:30-6:00 p.m. on 4-7-2024”

“The Hibbett in Maysville, KY has a super friendly staff. They always talk to you like you're an old friend and are willing to help you find what you need even if it has to be ordered from online. I still enjoy the atmosphere of the store but the shoe selection is lacking in all departments. I still give 5 stars for the friendly staff and clean store, but please Hibbett, bring the shoe game back up in Maysville.”
