“The Manager who took over this store a couple of years ago has really turned this store around. It was in horrible shape back then. Now it is my go to Dollar General. She has recruited a friendly staff and cleaned up the store and expects great customer service from her staff. She gets involved in the community such as she is participating in a Toy Drive for Christmas right now. It has become more of a community store to the local residents now than it ever was. We have a lot of tourists visitors in the summer months who pretty much buy everything in the store, but the current manager has done a great job of being able to work with Dollar General corporation to get additional basic products shipped in to alleviate issues of running out of Basic Necessities that customers are looking for.”
“I highly recommend this place, because they have great prices on non-perishible stuff (snacks, pasta, drinks), and they even have organic products, which is a big plus for me. Sometimes, they also have great selections of frozen foods, also. This place is a great idea for an add-on to your shopping trip itinerary. The owners are really nice, too; they even post video updates on the store's Facebook page, so you may wanna check them out, also.”

“Shell app works here, so I did not have to take out my wallet for gas. The store was an average gas station. The restroom wasn't especially clean, though it did not smell. There were no paper towels in restroom.”

“It's a grocery store. Layout is a bit odd in my opinion, but the aisles are marked. I'm not sure who wants to put bread and milk in their cart before doing the rest of the shopping, but they may be out there.”

“The Valero Gas Station in Leitchfield Ky is a wonderful place to stop. No matter what you may be in the need for, as far as quick items that is. Considering that this Valero Gas station is one of the smaller stations in town, they still have a large selection of items to choose from & the prices are very satisfying. This little station doesn't offer hot food like most of the other stations in town. However they do have one of the best attitudes, smiles & memories. On my second trip to the Valero they remembered me (that was impressive) considering how many people they help daily. My suggestion is... By all means possible Stop by the Valero in Leitchfield Ky. I think you'll be happy you did. I most definitely rate it ☆☆☆☆☆”

“The One thing I can guarantee about this place is the staff and management are ALWAYS friendly!! They will acknowledge your presence in the store immediately and tend to your needs with a friendly smile every time.
They make fresh deli sandwiches, pizza's (whole or buy the hunk) , quick-bite foods (poppers, potato wedges, chicken strips ) breakfast biscuits. They have lotto, tobacco products, gasoline, diesel, propane tank exchange, and Beer!!
If you leave hear without a smile on your face ( not because of prices but from the service you receive ) I suggest going home and changing your attitude!!”
