“They did a terrific job but I only gave them four stars because the owner said he would buff out the other headlight and he didn't. They fixed the bumper and replaced the other head light assembly. It looked terrific. I would use them again in the future but wouldn't pay until he did what he said he was going. Workmanship was great. Sticking to what he said he would do cost him that 5th star.”

“Let me start off by saying that I don't just let anyone work on my vehicles.I purchased a new Ford truck, and part of the deal was to have a line-x spray in bed liner. The dealership uses linex of southern Ohio.I had some concerns as I wanted the bed bolts removed, tie down hooks removed and all tailgate hardware removed before spraying.When I called to confirm the appointment, all my worries were put to ease. We had a great conversation about the process and I didn't even have to ask about removing the hardware. It was something they do. Due to my schedule I had to drop the truck before opening and pick up after opening. All I can say is wow. The install is flawless. Better than factory, or any other I have seen. If you want line-x, this is the place. 10/10”

I dropped my tire/wheel off and he called me to say it was done by the time I was walking in the front door of my house! For context I live 5 minutes up the road! That fast! The price was VERY reasonable as well.I will absolutely keep patronizing this business. But said he didn't think was alternator was the problem possibly the battery. But said bring back tomorrow will check for you. I went to auto zone get checked. Yes needed battery. “I went here to get estimate of repair for rear bumper of my 2020 Subaru Forester. When the man looked at the damage, he said he might be able to repair it right there! So he went inside the shop and returned with a tool which he then used to bend some sort of hook that was preventing my bumper from going back in place! I was highly impressed with his customer service, efficiency and skill! The bumper looks like new and I did not need to schedule an appointment for repairs! He charged me nothing!!!! Unheard of in this day and age! I will definitely be back if I need repairs in the future. I highly recommend this business!”

“Wow, folks! Take a look at these two pictures. If the first one doesn't scream "deer encounter gone wrong," then I don't know what does. My truck took a serious beating, and let's be honest, it wasn't exactly showroom clean before the whole incident either.
But then I met the magicians over at Methard's Collision Repair, and let me tell you, they turned this crumpled mess into a gleaming masterpiece! Jim, especially, was a huge help throughout the entire process. He kept me informed, answered all my (probably annoying) questions, and made the whole ordeal completely stress-free.
Now, about that second picture? Yeah, that dusty exterior? Entirely my fault. Don't let the post-adventure grime fool you - Methard's work is immaculate. They buffed out every scratch and dent, leaving the paint job looking like a million bucks (or maybe more accurately, like it had never even met a deer).
In short, Methard's Collision Repair is the best in the business. They took my mangled truck and brought it roaring back to life, and Jim's customer service was top-notch. If you're looking for a trustworthy shop that does phenomenal work, look no further!”
