The ladies who work in the store are fine. They ar very nice to work with, but Cricket is horrendous. Currently, there are Zero perks for existing customers.
After I made this post I was personally contacted by cricket and they gave me a list of phones for existing customers and like I said they are nowhere near the prices for new customers period.

First time cricket customer bradley was great!! I got a new phone and have service at home now he was able to saved all of pictures and put on my new phone 5 stars!!!

I had trouble getting all my contacts in my new phone. I stopped in today and a very nice gentleman put all my contacts in my new phone for me. Plus my Cricket service works great! Thank you!

This location has gone down hill quickly since Angel & Autumn left. The new staff seems to not care about their customers. The short haired blonde lady that works there has been very ugly to customers. If that is the way they are going to treat people I will go back to Verizon!

My mother and i both went to the cricket store in middlesboro ky..we are both older and not well versed on cell phones..angel.joe and zack helped us every step of the way and made us feel comfortable. I want to give props to the employees at the Cricket Dealer in Middlesboro Kentucky. Their are enployees are awesome. I bought my phone at Cricket 2 years ago. Several times I have had issues with my phone (due to my own mistakes) and every single time I went to the dealership they have always resolved my issues with friendly and caring staff. They are knowledgeable and caring and go out of their way to help their customers. I have never had such a great experience with a business as I do with Cricket. God blesd their employees for tbeir concern and patients.

The Middlesboro KY store is the best. The manager Angel is absolutely one of the best ever. I had issues with the new. 5g updates of towers he helped me turned my anger into laughter.

Employees were very helpful, Courteous, outgoing, and pleasant. Easy to talk to and understanding of every situation. Stop in and see them for new phones or new service. Highly recommend them.
