I even had a great conversation with the lady that called me about everything from education on their newest erro mesh wifi system and how the little things in life like a good hot shower can be so therapeutic I even plugged dr squatch to her because news flash it's an amazing soapAll in all I believe that sometimes people have bad days and it's not a reflection of the company as a whole.
