“The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because I watched them close 10 minutes early tonight. I got in and out but they had to unlock the door to let me out. Then I watched a customer approach the door and realize it was locked and could hear him across the parking lot say so. I feel for the employees, I know you wanna go home, but one of my biggest pet peeves is when a business closes earlier than their advertised hours. 10 minutes is 10 minutes. This is not good business. This decreases the public's trust in you.”
“Fast and excellent service. Always there to answer any questions or concerns. We were looking for a knee brace for our daughter. Kelly Vankirk went above and beyond to help us find one.”
“Easy to get in and out to refuel, with plenty of wide open spaces. This location also works hard to price fuel below the competition...plus offers additional fuel savings with their FREE member rewards PROGRAM. If that's not good enough, they also have a fabulous food center co-located for one stop shopping. Check it out for yourself and see what you think!”

“Recently visited Fountain Square Drive In Pharmacy to receive a series of vaccines for school. Pharmacist Maury was so kind and helpful in arranging these vaccines and administering the injections. I am very afraid of getting shots, however Maury was patient and did a wonderful job in making me feel as comfortable as possible when getting the vaccines. On top of this, the pharmacy was very helpful in trying to work with my insurance company and answering many questions we had along the way. Cannot recommend them highly enough for LMU vet/med students needing to be immunized. Thank you fountain square pharmacy!”
“This has been my pharmacy for the past 8 years. Scott and Jenny Marcum are wonderful people who treat you like family. Their staff are so friendly and helpful I couldn't imagine going to a different pharmacy. They deliver when you're too sick for a pickup or simply don't have transportation. It's on the west side of town, only a few blocks from me so I'm there and home literally in 5 or 10 minutes.
Love this place! ❤?”
“The meds are better. Jeff makes sure of that. The pharmacist takes time to get to know you and fill your meds.. And if you like chocolate truffles or Carmeal Chocolate and Coconut Chocolate. Then you need to go to Jeff's Pharmacy.. They will treat you like family. Best Pharmacy in town. And best prices than anywhere.”
“We stopped in here a couple of times while we were camping/hiking nearby. They were much better stocked than our local stores at home. They also had plenty of checkout lanes open. We aren't fans of self checkout. We will definitely be back here, the next time we are in the area.”

“I had an outstanding experience at Kroger this Easter weekend, and I want to recognize an employee named Colson for going above and beyond. The store was extremely busy, and to make things even more stressful, several of the self-checkout machines were malfunctioning. Despite all of this, Colson remained calm, professional, and incredibly helpful.
He was assisting multiple customers at once—at least 4 to 5 people—while still making sure each person felt taken care of, including us. His ability to stay organized, positive, and efficient under pressure was seriously impressive. He didn’t just fix problems; he did it with a great attitude and genuine care.
What stood out the most was his leadership. He handled the situation better than many managers I’ve seen, showing strong management-level skills, patience, and control in a hectic environment. Employees like Colson are rare, and he truly represents what excellent customer service should look like.
Kroger is lucky to have him—he absolutely deserves recognition, a promotion, and a pay raise for the level of effort and professionalism he brings every day.”
“The staff at this Food City store as well as the one in Tazewell are exceptional. My mother is 88, and sometimes she can be a pill. She will argue for fifteen minutes over a nickel. The staff at both stores are so patient with her and generally helpful. I can’t overstate how impressed I am with them.”
