“Best place to buy fruits and vegetables. Staff are always very accommodating and ask if there is anything you need while shopping or simply just a simple "Hi, how are you?". Plus, if you spend over a certain amount, you get fuel bucks ( 15 cents off every gallon of gas) 30 on Wednesday.”

“The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because I watched them close 10 minutes early tonight. I got in and out but they had to unlock the door to let me out. Then I watched a customer approach the door and realize it was locked and could hear him across the parking lot say so. I feel for the employees, I know you wanna go home, but one of my biggest pet peeves is when a business closes earlier than their advertised hours. 10 minutes is 10 minutes. This is not good business. This decreases the public's trust in you.”

“The store is clean. Neat and orderly. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Well kept compared to other discount food stores. And uncluttered! Nothing blocking the isles like big, name brand stores, such as Kroger and Food City!”

“Awesome fuel center! Located directly in front of Kroger in Middlesboro. Very reasonable fuel prices, especially if you're a Kroger Plus customer. Kroger Plus customers can receive as much as 10 cents off a gallon of fuel. Generally, this fuel center offers fuel approximately 3 cents cheaper than other competitors. The Kroger Fuel Center is popular, so it's generally busy.”

“I would like to say everything at this dollar store is priced higher than all the other dollar stores from harrogate to corbin and i do mean higher at least by .50 cents why? I figure they know every one close to them will stop there instead of going to the one down town and they are rude i dont know why but this is the only dg store i have experianced higher prices on the same goods and rude employees and its not just once i have experienced this but it happens to be the only dg store i have experienced this. Being a chain i thought prices was supposed be the same with in a reasonable distance but i think they know most people in the area will pay extra to keep from walking or paying a cab which i thing they are taking unfair advantage”

“We stopped in here a couple of times while we were camping/hiking nearby. They were much better stocked than our local stores at home. They also had plenty of checkout lanes open. We aren't fans of self checkout. We will definitely be back here, the next time we are in the area.”

“Perfect "normal " size, full service grocery store! The store was well maintained, well organized and immaculate! You may ask what is "normal " in size?? Normal size, in my opinion, is a store which is not a mega, super center, box store design. If you're of a certain age, as I am, you remember when all grocery stores were "normal " in size, long before the huge stores of today. This was my first visit to this Kroger location. It was a very pleasant experience shopping in a grocery store without the large, overwhelmed experience I typically get inside the huge "box" mega stores. My partner owns a farm approximately 25 miles from Middlesboro, KY, and this Kroger store is one of his favorites in the area. Although this location is not one of Krogers huge Market Place super stores, it has all the essential items, plus a wide selection of other merchandise. After moving to Florida six years ago, I truly miss the Kroger stores, as there is no Kroger in the Tampa Bay area. Growing up and spending much of my adult life in East Tennessee, Kroger has always been the major grocery store chain in the area. I never realized how much I appreciated Kroger until moving to Florida. This particular location is fairly basic in design and very easy to navigate. The check out associates were very friendly and efficient! This Kroger location also includes a bakery, pharmacy, self check out lanes and fuel center ( be sure to get a Kroger Plus Card and start earning fuel points!!)”

“Hubby and I bought a fixer-upper with no laundry connections in Speedwell at the first of the year. Up until yesterday, I've always done my laundry in Jacksboro at the Maytag Laundry on Towe String Rd. HORRIBLE!! The facilities are dirty and the machines, if they work at all, do not get my clothes clean. I happened to be going to Middlesboro yesterday and thought I'd try Binghamtown Laundry - even though their reviews are less than stellar. I was pleasantly surprised. Even though the facility seems to be older and well-worn, the place is clean and the washers and dryers are immaculate. My happiest discovery is that for the first time in almost 10 months, my clothes are very, very clean!!! The only downside is there is not a lot of folding room and the dryers are quite pricey (50-cents for four minutes). But, those two issues are a small price to pay for clean clothes. Until I get my own washer/dryer, I plan to happily drive the extra distance for clean clothes.”

“During my latest visit to the Walmart Supercenter in Middlesboro, Kentucky, I found the variety of products on offer to be impressive. Whether you're on the hunt for groceries, clothing, bedding, or even something more niche like camping supplies and sporting goods, this store seems to have it all. Not to mention, the cookware and electronics selection is commendable.The merchandise is reasonably priced, offering good value for money, which is appreciated by any budget-conscious shopper. Strolling through the aisles, I noticed that the store was somewhat clean and well-organized, which made for a pleasant shopping atmosphere.However, the experience took a turn upon visiting the restrooms, which were very dirty and clearly unattended – a stark contrast to the store's otherwise decent upkeep. This indicated a lapse in the maintenance schedule, which I hope is an irregular occurrence and will be addressed promptly.I also couldn't help but notice the scarcity of staff, which suggests the store could be understaffed. While the current employees were doing their best, the addition of more hands would undoubtedly enhance customer service and the overall shopping experience.In conclusion, while this Walmart Supercenter shines in variety and pricing, they would benefit from giving more attention to cleanliness, particularly in the restrooms, and possibly increasing their staff to ensure all areas of the store maintain the same standard. .”
