Fortner's Home Connection provides great service. The staff is friendly and professional, going over and above to take care of customers. They are polite and personal with everyone who comes into the store. The manager is a man of his word and works hard to get appliances to customers. The store delivers on its promises, with fast delivery times. Customers appreciate the service and will return for future purchases. The staff's customer service is exceptional and makes the store stand out.
Friendly quick service. I purchased a double oven from a big box store way too many issues to write about. I cancelled order after I called Fortner’s from parking lot he ordered delivered and installed as arranged. The installation was top notch.

Couldn’t have asked for better service today from Jim. I went to him with an issue that was not his or the stores fault at all, but it was the fault of the warranty company and the repair company. Jim fixed the issue with no problem.
