This pharmacy needs new management. Very unorganized and the staff is unprofessional and not knowledgeable. Went several times to pick up my husband's medicine and each time was given a different excuse as to why it was not ready. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Was out on this part of town, called up and Katie switched my prescription from a different location for me. Thay had it ready super quick even though they were closing soon. Everyone here is great! Thanks Katie!

I got a text message that my prescription was ready. I arrived five minutes before close. As I approached the pharmacy, I was afraid they were closed because it looked like they had already turned off most of their lights. There were two people ahead of me. I waited two minutes in line. The cashier was efficient, not overly friendly. Could not see her name tag she did not seem to be wearing one. Fast and efficient.

Absolute worst pharmacy in the East end. Always a wait regardless inside or drive thru, but in the drive thru you likely get trapped in the alley for 30 minutes on average. Also, historically, and I've been coming here for years, the employees attitudes suck. Another reason to hate BIG PHARMA.

I have used the automated phone subscription refill system for this location several times. My prescriptions are NEVER ready on time. Yesterday I placed an order that was supposed to be ready the same day at 530PM. I arrived just after noon today and neither prescription was ready. Pitiful!

This is but far the worst pharmacy department I have ever dealt with. Every time I have a prescription called into this location it take me a week to receive my medication and when I am able to pick it up, it take me an hour at the location. I’ve never seen a pharmacy like this. It’s ridiculous

Pulled up at the drive through at 11:42. One car in front of me. They didn’t pull off until 11:55. Once I got up to talk to the young gentleman about picking up prescriptions, he said one was not ready. I had gotten a text prior saying they were both ready. I said okay, I’ll just take the one. Next thing I know a lady comes up and says just give us a second to fill it. Waited about 15 minutes for them to fill it. No regard for anyone’s time but their own. Do better Kroger! This is why Publix is and will ALWAYS be better!!

Only one star because I can’t give a zero…RXs called in at noon said it would be ready at 2. Went at 5 waited in line for 15 minutes and was told still not ready. Told me to get back in line and had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Every Kroger pharmacy is worst than the next.
