When I call the pharmacy I always reach the same lady who is smart and rude!! Everytime I call its something different about my medication and the text and emails I receive arw completely different information.

Just called stayed on the phone 24 minutes, they answered, asked if I was a doctors office, then put be back on hold. At the 30 minute mark an automatic machine comes on and tells me they are experiencing a lot of calls at this time, and hangs up on me. This is starting to be a regular thing at this location. Do better!

Pharmacy never picks up the phone. I went in the morning the lady in the window had it closed when I should have been open. I closed the lady said she was only staff to come inside. It was four other staff member.
