If I could give a 0 star, I certainly would. The stuff here is very unprofessional rude and has no customer service whatsoever. The manager, Ethan, called me out of my name due to the fact he was ready to close, and Dave was rude also. This is why I returned my full purchase. If you don't know how to treat people, your job shouldn't be customer-oriented. Find a job where you don't have to deal with people.

I absolutely love seeing Mrs. Nancy at this location! She brings such a positive energy to every visit—always kind, professional, and uplifting. She’s discreet when needed and has an incredible memory for faces, which makes everyone feel welcome and valued.
Lately, it’s been wonderful to see how much happier she seems under the new management. It really shows how important great leadership is in creating a positive work environment.
Also, a big shoutout to the whole team for keeping this location so clean and well-maintained. Keep up the amazing work, ladies—you’re doing an excellent job!

I literally had to wait until the cashier go off his cell phone to ring me up. He also said absokutely nothing to me nor did he speak. Tragic!

I walked in the store as the 2 women working didn’t speak as I walked in the door never stopping their conversation. I wait at the photo center until the young lady finally comes over still doesn’t speak so I provide my name for the pickup order. I head to the register pay for my items no have a great day, thanks for shopping. Customer service here was a 0.

Waited for an hour with one other person and they just shut the pharmacy down never got much needs medication, this was a total nightmare two days in a row. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!

On hold for an hour and 15 minutes with no response. Online says I need to call pharmacy to fix prescription but how can I do that if Nobody answered then I was hung up on.

Now the 2.2 stars makes total sense. If I could give 0 stars, believe me I would! I have never been so disrespected in my life by a pharmacy. The way both pharmacist's treated me was unreal! I was on the phone with my doctor as well, and they could not believe the way they were treating. I recover out loud, and I will do as such in this post. I have been in long term recovery for almost 4 years. I am on soboxone, and have been for the entire time. I have taken my medicine as prescribed, I have had no inappropriate urine drug screens, and I have went through proper counseling and psychiatric appointments to deal with my mental health as well. I started on the sublocade injection a year ago, and the reason we changed my medication back to oral is because I just found out that I am pregnant. So that being said, I don't think it is right that an assistant of the pharmacist, and both pharmacist's should be treating people with such disrespect, basing it off of a medication they don't agree with, using an excuse of their actions that they were robbed because of this medicine. That is not my fault, and I don't deserve to be treated that way. I am also positive that Walgreens employees shouldn't be discussing those things with customers who had nothing to do with the situation. So let's get to why all this transpired. I came in, I asked to pick up a medication under my name and date of birth. The rude little girl who kept rolling her eyes at everything I said, said it ain't here. I said well my doctor called it in here, and I am the one that asked for it to come to this location. She says well it's not here it's at the Walgreens on LaGrange. So I said ok thanks, left and called my doctor's office. Mind you I am supposed to be getting to work. My doctors office says no we called in to the Middletown location. So I go back there. Same rude little girl said it's not here I'm telling you it's not. So I'm at this point I get my doctor on the phone while I am there, and yes they heared every bit of the conversation and how nasty these people at your pharmacy were being. So now story changes to oh yeah it's right here, but we don't carry that anymore. So which one is it? So then I told this little girl I wanted to speak to the pharmacist directly since she wanted to keep rolling her eyes and talking with a foul attitude. So I asked the pharmacist why would you all tell me it isn't here, then say it is but you don't carry the medicine anymore? I'm supposed to be at work and you all are giving me the go around, instead of just letting me know to have my doctor call the medicine in to another pharmacy. Well she proceeds to tell me we got robbed three times because of the medication your picking up so we no longer carry it. Ok so you can't look it up in your system to tell me what other Walgreens carries the medication? She starts to look in the system and says that I am calling them liars about them getting robbed. Mind you I'm on the phone with my doctor's office the entire time. No I never once said you were lying, I said I don't care about whether you got robbed that has nothing to do with treating me the way you are treating me. I'm not the one that robbed you. At that point she decided to say well since you don't care we won't be helping you. I am not a heartless person, do I think it's horrible that happened, yes absolutely I do. But that had nothing to do with the way these people were treating me on 6/25/24 around 5pm. I will make sure corporate hears about this. And I will be sure to tell everyone I know who does use your pharmacy that they have the nastiest employees working there and don't know how to treat someone with respect that they deserve. I have never treated my costumers that way and I have worked in customer service for over 17 years!

I keep giving this place another chance because it's so close to my house, but it's just not worth it. The incompetence is shocking. If I take a FedEx package to the counter with the large FedEx sign over it, someone always has to "go get the scanner." If I place an order for in-store pick up, someone has trouble locating it. The women at the front counter are usually nice, but that's where it ends. It's a disappointment that going to my corner drugstore is such a frustrating experience

Website says the pharmacy is open on the weekends. And I went to pick up a prescription and come to find out they are closed all weekend. They need to change the hrs on the website or be open on the weekends.
