“I had an amazing experience with Faithful Platform. I bought my fiancée’s ring here and the craftsmanship and quality exceeded my expectations. The ring looks even better in person, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. This was such an important purchase for me, and they truly delivered. Highly recommend Faithful Platform.”

“I had a silver chain that had “kinks” in it. They helped me find a sturdier style for me and cleaned the silver and pearl charm that was I. The previous chain, for free!! Super friendly and helpful!!”

“Have been here a couple of times to have my rings cleaned, they have always done a good job. Recently took my engagement and wedding rings here to have them soldered together. Picked them up and noticed the next day that a stone was missing from the halo on my engagement ring. They replaced the stone, polished, and re-rhodiumed my rings for free. They know their stuff and have always been very kind.”

“Our recent visit was pretty much as expected with a good cross-section of antiques. Most of what we saw ranged from furniture items, vintage clothing, old photos, decorative, ceramics, glass, Americana, Christmas, and much, much more.”

“The staff is real friendly, they offer fair prices and will work with you if they can. Do you keep in mind that this is a corporate operation so they are limited on how much they can work with you but they will try. I'd recommend them to anyone”
