Lowe's Home Improvement is a store offering a great selection of home-improvement goods, with quality products and great value. It has just about everything for construction needs, from hardware and tools to appliances and gardening equipment, with always well-stocked shelves. Many associates are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, sometimes going above and beyond to assist customers. The store is also noted for its very clean restrooms. However, customer service experiences vary. The store is not adequately signed, making items difficult to find. It can be very discouraging to find help, as associates often do not greet customers or offer assistance; you must find them yourself. Response times for help buzzers are not good. At the registers, lines can take forever, and some cashiers are perceived as rude. Some associates do not seem like they want to help, though others are very helpful. Additionally, prices are noted as being high. Overall, Lowe's serves as a headquarters for building materials but could improve with more basic customer relations.
Was on the road and had transmission trouble. They checked it out and it's bad enough I am taking back to where it was rebuilt under warranty. They didn't charge me anything for running a scan. Out standing people.

I had to stop at Lowe’s to look for a new fridge, and Brandon was a lovely young man! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Shout out to Cameron in plumbing for helping me find my way around the store!

Morehead Lowe's seems like my home away from home. Staff is always courteous and available to aid in whatever you may need.
