“Despite being 1/30th of the size of Lowe's, lesser selection and less hours this is somehow far better. The lumber is cheaper, the staff actually know something and will help and generally speaking if they mess up they will at least admit it and attempt to fix things. The bottom line here is customer service. I can't say how many bad experiences I've had with Lowe's, they literally do not care. If you can't find it yourself and be sure you won't need to return it they are useless. You're far better off with ACE regardless of their size.”
