Textbooks are constantly on backorder well into the semester. I waited weeks for a phone call to be returned and never heard back. When I finally spoke to someone on my fifth call, I was put on hold for 45 minutes and then sent to voicemail again. Terrible customer service.

This is the only place you can use your scholarship money so they charge about double the actual price of the booksIt should be illegal btw did I mention it’s privately owned? Basically bleeding money ?

The shipping time for textbooks is utterly unacceptable, with textbooks taking upwards of 1.5 months to arrive. Never order your textbooks here.
