“I called community car care for a second opinion on my 2018 Tahoe fuel injector problem. One garage quoted me nearly $5000 to fix and a very long time to get the parts in. Community care ordered the parts immediately for me and quoted me $2000 and gave me a towing service that they work with to pick the car up the next day and I had my car back within four days and it runs great! Community car care is knowledgeable, friendly and I would highly recommend using them as a full service care, professional”

While I did pick out a very good pair of Continentals, I felt like the information he gave is what led me to that decision, not high pressure sales tactics. “I have only lived here in Independence for four years, all of my vehicles have been and are under warranty so I am forced to take them to the dealer. This time I had a part the dealer "fixed" fall off my truck. Since I am a Maintenance Tech, I depend on my truck. My neighbor takes all of his vehicles here and highly recommends this place. I took my truck up to have them take a look, he felt good about fixing it properly. I begged that I need my truck by Thursday but if not the dealer couldn't fit me in for two weeks. So I was willing to roll the dice. Working from home for the day I dropped off around lunch time and maybe two hours later I got a text that it was done. I called the shop thinking it was a mistake and they were just checking it in - and was told no it was ready. Now I know everything cant go quick like that, but they got my vote. Friendly from the front desk to the back, these guys certainly care about your vehicle.

“Austin cleaned up my fairly dirty truck cab inside much better than I thought possible. No joke - the floor mats are cleaner than the day I bought them. He was able to vacuum out places with debris that I couldn't have gotten to. The conditioning on the leather seats made the soon-to-be dried out leather as supple as can be. I will use this place for years to come. I am very impressed to say the least. I cannot wait to see your new website in the near future. I purchased the interior detailing, but they offer many more services.

“My girlfriend found Jack’s automotive online. We just moved to this area and needed some help. I have a 2018 Honda accord touring. Well, every light on the dash came on. Long store short. I had it scanned and it came back it was the fuel injectors from the dealer, that wanted to stick it to me, let me tell you smh. So we scheduled a day to drop off my car. I dropped it off Thursday morning, and when I got off work my car was done. Runs very well and the price was the best around! All alarms are gone and I have full functionality now with my car. “I have taken my Nissan here plenty of times and Gene has always helped with it with no issues at all. They are very honest and quick with the jobs, and they have even changed my transmission and clutch within 2 days. Their prices are affordable compared to other shops. Gene often actually saves me money, and sometimes does some jobs for free or without labor costs! Always happy to take my car here and have no hesitation in calling them when something goes wrong.”

Since then, I had him fix my AC and replaced water pump in a VW. Not an easy job. He always does a great job, great price and fast times.
