“I had an outstanding experience recently at the Mount Sterling AT&T store. The RSM JD was training a very sweet inteligient young man named Jason or Mason I believe. I went in due to technical difficulties with my phone. They took the time to trouble shoot my phone as well help with any questions or concerns about it I had. turns out it was about to crap out so they helped me get into an all new iphone 17e as well got me fiber internet and kept my phone bill under 100 dollars. Such sweet boys and so very helpful. I highly reccomend going in to see them.”

“It's a decent location. I don't love going in to shop but I do love the grocery pickup. I like knowing it's giving associates a job to do while the checkout lanes are being converted to self checkout. I've never had any issues with grocery pickup. The associates are usually very friendly. Once they got a couple hours behind but that was a rare incident.”

“Great team. They were very helpful. Giving 4 stars because they tried many, many times to upsell me which wasnt appreciated. Also, they dont do a great job at explaining stuff to you in a way you'll understand. Or atleast the girl that helped me didnt. I understand they get comission but all I wanted to do was upgrade my phone. Instead, I walked out paying $300 more than I anticipayed. Nothing on the employess but T-Mobile and its hidden fees is really annoying.”
