Eric was helpful in so many ways. I am so pleased with the results of my bill changes. Eric was courteous and patient. I would recommend him with verizon always.

My phone service went out so after a few days and a few agents trying to assist me over the phone i went into the store. David at verizon in mt sterling, helped me out, got my sim card fixed, and got my phone working again! I can now continue being a satisfied customer!

David was great! We came in with a locked screen from faulty hardware at Walmart. We had tried getting the screen to unlock and power off, with no avail. He was able to help us without losing any of my information!
