“I had scheduled with a “national company” to get my windshield replaced. After they had to reschedule my appointment, I decided to look for service elsewhere. I found that Rite-way was near my work. Alan got me a quick quote, which beat the other company. I also found out that this is a locally owned company. I immediately cancelled the other appointment and went with Rite-way.

“We were referred to AAG for a smashed front window. Angie spoke with me twice, very patient, sympathetic, knowledgeable, and comforting. The technician arrived within the scheduled time frame, we were charged exactly what was quoted, and so far, the window appears to be well placed. AAG was half as much, twice as quick, and easier than a competitor that Angie suggested I try also because her parts wouldn't be in for two days. We will definitely use AAG again if we need car glass repairs and I will definitely recommend them. Angie, thank you so much :)”
