I went in with a new phone still in the box and asked him to help me with transferring it from my old one and to buy accessories and to correct a couple things on my account. He even went further, putting my screen protector and case on and even cleared my old phone and boxed it up for me, putting labels on it, taped it up, now all I have to do is drop it off to UPS!!! He was polite and really did make me at ease with all of it!!! Thanks James!!”

“Mandy was an absolute breath of fresh air! Not only was she able to fix my issues with the phone, she actually brightened my whole day! I'm so glad cricket was my first stop today as it was a great way to begin the day. After telling me how young I looked (I'm 40?,) instead of turning me away and having me call 611 she actually got on chat with them herself and resolved the problem for me!? And even when we had a couple bumps in the road she didn't give up, she was persistent, and she resolved the issue. Thanks again Mandy! And great job to Cricket for picking her as part of their team!
