My kid broke his phone, and Cell Phone Doctor had it fixed by the very next day — screen replaced, new case, and screen protector all taken care of. What really stood out was the personal attention. They took the time to listen to what we needed, including the type of case, color, and even making sure it had a kickstand on the back. That kind of customer care is rare.
Plus, we got to meet Cooper, the adorable shop puppy — which made the visit even more memorable!

The owner of Tech Restored reached out with genuine concern, acknowledged the miscommunication and mistakes on both sides, and asked for the chance to fix the situation. I gave them that opportunity, and while the experience started off rocky, the professionalism and care improved significantly, making the overall experience much better than before. I am thankful I trusted them enough to address my concerns, and Tech Restored demonstrated that they stand by their work. Customer service genuinely matters, and I value their willingness to make things right. The owner's taking the time to reach out showed me that this company truly cares about its customers and doing the right thing, even when no one was at fault. Knowing they stood by their word during my visit meant a great deal to me. I wish more businesses were as customer-oriented as they are. They are truly committed to serving the community. I aimed to support small businesses within the community by personally delivering my product to them. Initially, the experience was quite positive; the young man I interacted with demonstrated professionalism, collected the payment, and commenced the installation process while they had possession of my product. I regularly checked for updates, but the process was repeatedly postponed. Ultimately, I received an email informing me that the installation could not be completed.
When I visited to retrieve the product, I was informed that the cover was the wrong plate. I was disappointed, as the parts had never been opened. The product provided an upgrade with a kit, so I knew the plate was the correct one. Having installed them myself on two or three occasions, I was able to verify the correct plate which contradicted their claim.
It would have been preferable if they had been transparent and communicated clearly that the issue was outside their scope or expertise. Instead, their lack of honesty about the reason for the failure was disheartening. I wish them continued success, and if I may offer advice, it would be to prioritize transparency with consumers and clients. Notwithstanding, the employees I interacted with were courteous and professional.”

“It's nice to finally have no issues after a nightmare dealing with the Fairdale store.I went in the Fairdale store last Wednesday to buy a Samsung phone and got talked into a Motorola Edge which is worst phone I've ever used.It for one had been associated with another number,glitched,kicked me off apps,had issues using the keyboard and wanted to return it from day one.Five trips back to that store to return it ,or get it to work properly all failed.I was told I would hate this Samsung phone ,but all lies,I am very happy, just wish I could get back the $60 or $70 I wasted on gas and the price difference as the Samsung was a little cheaper.The guy that helped me today was great and did an amazing job making sure I was happy”
