“Shout out to my rep Jameson ReschI came to this location on Jan 31st TWICE after the 1-800- VZW told me to go to a corporate office to fix my just shy of 6 month olblank d display phone (which I receivedfrom Jameson at the Mud lane store oringally) instead that corporate office upgraded my device & locked me out of my Verizon account they directed me to another corporate office to unlock my account & since I was literally 1 hour into having the upgraded phone I am within the 30 day return window the other corporate office can unlock my account and return the upgraded device that the FIRST corporate office denied they could do.Once I returned literally 90 minutes later Jameson assisted me on contacting Assurion (what the 2nd corporate office couldn't do.) On my behalf Literally 20 minutes later were they able to debunk all of what the Outer Loop location said and that the display going out on a just shy 6 month old device is a known issue & warranty will cover it you will get a new device via post by 8pm the following day you have 5 business days to return else there will be fee's which both Assurion agent & Jameson spoke onIt's REALLY BAD when a Verizon retail store & ANOTHER corporate office tells you to stay away from Outer Loop Corporate office & there not sure exactly WHAT they did to my account when all that was wanted was repaires of a 6 month old deviceThank you Jameson & Mud Lane Verizon”

They were able to navigate through the customers quickly while giving all customers 100% of their attention and meeting all the needs of each customer. We were in and out in no time. “Target is a massive and established retail giant that has quite a few locations here in the Lousiville Kentucky area. This particular one is located in okolona neighborhood adjacent to the rear of the Jefferson mall in its own separate parking lot and building. I've come to this target more times then I care to count over the years. For those unfamiliar with target they are a department store in the same vein as say a wal mart. Except they are a bit more classy with there setups and take a bit more pride in there stores and serving there customer base . Targets have pretty good sales form time to time and my wife and daughters like every red blooded woman in North America appear to love shopping here. I've joked for years that if I was a single guy I wouldn't go to clubs and bars to meet women. Just go to the local target. This target is very well upkept with stock and cleanliness. There workers are usually available and helpful and they process there lines pretty quickly. They have a little food mart area that anytime my wife mentions going to target my pre teen perks up and is like "we getting the target popcorn?" Evidently Thai target marketplace has good popcorn. Overall a pretty nice department store. I do prefer targets over wal mart when it comes to department store shopping aspect. They do a fine job here.”
