“I was very pleased with the service. I had some damage to my undercarriage that I needed removed. While that took less than 30 minutes to remove; it was brought to my attention that one of my tires was in terrible shape. I'm very appreciative for them pointing that out. They had offered to put my spare on, but I didn't have a spare. Meanwhile, I made an appointment with a tire company & Scott reiterated how important I drive with caution & to get that taken care of immediately. I did exactly that & now my car is safe again.Thank you so much for going above & beyond,Tina”

DIY repair was great! They have a relaxed atmosphere and were accomodating for anything I asked for from tools to shop supplies. Keep up the great customer service you provide. One of the last best benefits left on post for Soldiers and retirees.”
“I called and told them what my problem was and when I could bring my car in. I took my car in, and I needed a way back home and they gave me a ride. They looked at my car , and called me with an estimate, and everything that needed to be done. I told them to go ahead, and he said he would have it done that afternoon. After getting it done and test driving it two times they sent someone to pick me up to take me back to the shop. He had a detailed report printed with everything that he had to get for the vehicle and the prices, including taxes, and labor. They did an excellent job. They were so courteous and nice. I really appreciated the ride home and the ride back to the garage. I would highly recommend if you need anything done to your vehicle take it there.”

“I have a 2011 MKX and the panoramic roof was stuck open. Ford said 2 to 3 weeks just to look at, and I was leaving for vacation the next day. Called and explained to Scott what was going on and he had his guys to get me in asap checked out the roof and got it closed up for me. I will definitely take it to them for the needed repairs. Also had a chance to see some of their work and it was great I have an older convertible that I will take to them as well when its time to be done. The guys was very nice and answered all of the questions that I had.”

“Coil went out and my car went into limp mode. Luckily I was able to limp it to the shop from Ft. Knox by 10am on a Saturday. Fixed by 1300 same day including getting the part in E town. Professional but above all knowledgeable. Cost was comparable to the speed and experience that got me back on the road. I would highly recommend.”

“These guys are awesome. They do great work at very reasonable prices. Had a Ford explorer that had a water pump go out and mixed coolant into the oil. Not an easy job whatsoever but they handled it with ease and did it for about 1500 dollars less than any other place was going to charge us. most places we called wouldn't even touch it because of how extensive of a repair it was and how much work was involved. Small shop but very professional and knowledgeable.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!”
