BTW I think I can speak for the people who rely on AAS at least I can speak for myself im curious what the bad review from a Charlie's few years ago brought in because they didnt have the means or cape' to do it themselves.

Mr. Bob came and took care of me on a Friday after closing l. Drove a half an hour out of his way to get me fixed up.”

I spoke with the owner, Mr. Glenn, who was extremely nice and helpful. I will definitely go back to him to get my car repaired. He gets five stars from me!! Thank you Mr. Glenn!!”
“This place is amazing! Super nice folks, do great work, are trustworthy, and you won't find better prices on auto repair anywhere. They repaired my Dodge Dakota, while informing me a lot on the issue they fixed and everything. So they are very transparent and have excellent communication. “My ML350 would not start. Had it towed here back in January. Diagnosed my battery & starter needed replacement. The very next day my vehicle was finished. Dropped my vehicle off last week for a similar issue and same day they pulled my parts and the next day completed repair on replacement of my alternator and water pump. Price is reasonable and good quality. This will be the only shop repairing anything on my vehicle!”

“Mixed reviews in these but I had a really good experience with Chris in the Service Department. He did everything he could to get my truck covered under warranty. He knew about the cam phaser issues in the 3.5 and didn't mis a beat with getting it in for diagnostic and letting me know when they were sure of the problems. Everything was covered under warranty and I'm sure he had to write something specific in the paper work to make this happen but he did it and I'm grateful for the tons of money he saved me. Truck is dead silent again, running like a clock as it should be.”

“Joy Automotive is my go to mechanic whenever I have an issue with any of my vehicles. I've been going there for years and wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicles. I stopped by once because I had a stuck brake caliper and they fit me in and I was out of there a couple of hours later. This past vist they replaced the front struts on my car and it hasn't handled this good since I bought it. I would highly recommend Joy Automotive, they are friendly and professional.”
