“This is by far the most knowledgeable, trustworthy, and skilled mechanic I’ve ever met. Within five minutes of being in a shop he had diagnosed six different problems with my vehicle. Not only did he correct the issues, but he gave me the benefit of the doubt with the seal needing to be replaced. He informed me step-by-step of what was happening. My S 63 AMG will never see another mechanic.”
“I can without a doubt recommend Willie & Mel's they are a good shop with great people and they do really quality work. I've just recently made my second trip here from Nashville, and like the the first time it was totally worth the trip! They have done multiple things for my car and I have been extremely pleased with all of it.
They have done a full ceramic tint job for my car, which was front windshield, driver and passenger windows, rear quarter panel windows and rear window. In the process of applying the rear tint they needed to remove some aftermarket louvers I had on the car. Unbeknownst to me as I bought the car used the previous owner had practically glued them on. They guys at the shop ended up having to take and do a lot of extra work and a lot more time to get them off to do the tint installation. Yet they still took their time and did it with great care, they treated my car as if it was one of their own cars. When they replaced the louvers they made sure they were once again securely attached. I wouldn't have blinked an eye if they had charged me more for the additional work they had to do, but they just charged me the original amount I was told.
As I have a car that is high on car thieves want list, I also had some aftermarket security upgrades installed, a Compustar Remote Start/Alarm and IGLA immobilizer. With the Compustar they listened to what I wanted and what the theft considerations I was needing and wanting to protect my car against, and gave me recommendations that fit the bill. Including remote monitoring, 2 way remotes and additional siren. As for the IGLA calling it just an immobilizer is a disservice. It is the ultimate immobilizer, even if you give your keys to someone or a thief programs a new key for your car(which they won't be able to do if you add that option for the IGLA) they are still not driving away with your car. The IGLA will either not let it start or will shutdown it down when put into gear. There is also an anti-carjacking option available which I also added on and you probably want to think about it too.
If you have a car that is high on thieves lists recommend you call Willie and Mel's and see what they can do for you. Or if you are just looking to get some tint done, again they did an outstanding job and charged a fair price. Heck if you need anything else they deal in such wheels, tires, or anything else, I'd check them out before anyone else. If I need anything else done for this car or my next I wouldn't hesitate to again do the drive up here from Nashville. I can't recommend these guys enough.”

“I recommend A-1 Transmission, my Nissan Rogue broke down in Louisville, KY with a Transmission fail. Robert, helped me understand the scope of required repairs. I submitted information from an extended warranty I purchased for my vehicle. Robert ran the gauntlet with the warranty company and they picked up more than 50% of the cost to replace the Transmission. This made the repair affordable for me and got my Nissan back running in good shape. I have high confidence in the replacement Transmission that was installed and I highly recommend A-1 Transmission if you need this type auto service.”

“I'm glad I called Precision Diagnostics. I had an issue that I expected to cost me well over one and possibly even $2,000 dollars. Wes answered the phone, and he was very understanding. He took the time to go over every detail and possibility. He explained that he would get me in as quick as possible and he delivered! Wes didn't sell me on anything. I could just tell that he empathized. I couldn't believe it when he called me in just a few hours with the electrical issue completely solved and for just $318 dollars. Then the real test...I had to make a trip to Paducah. I went there and back with no issues at all! I really appreciate their honesty competence. (The shop I went to before said the problem was too big for them and I needed to go to the dealership) Thank you Wes! And thank you to the guy that got in there and did the work. “I have a 2011 MKX and the panoramic roof was stuck open. Ford said 2 to 3 weeks just to look at, and I was leaving for vacation the next day. Called and explained to Scott what was going on and he had his guys to get me in asap checked out the roof and got it closed up for me. I will definitely take it to them for the needed repairs. Also had a chance to see some of their work and it was great I have an older convertible that I will take to them as well when its time to be done. The guys was very nice and answered all of the questions that I had.”

“These guys are awesome. They do great work at very reasonable prices. Had a Ford explorer that had a water pump go out and mixed coolant into the oil. Not an easy job whatsoever but they handled it with ease and did it for about 1500 dollars less than any other place was going to charge us. most places we called wouldn't even touch it because of how extensive of a repair it was and how much work was involved. Small shop but very professional and knowledgeable.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!”
