“My brother’s truck broke down and needed to be towed to Bill’s Auto Shop in Munfordville, Ky. Jacob showed up in one of Alvey’s new looking tow trucks in less than 30 minutes. He was very courteous, polite, and professional. Mr. Alvey you have a very good tow man with Jacob behind the wheel. AAA covered the cost of the towing so I can’t attest to the charges.”
“I was traveling from Manitoba Canada for the Thanksgiving holidays. I lost all of my coolant about 8 miles from Horse Cave. A local slowed down and asked if I needed help. I asked for a recommendation for a tow not knowing where I need to tow it to. They said “call PCS, they will get you going maybe even here at the side of the road and gave me their number.” So I did just that. They responded to my call promptly. Towed me to their shop. And it didn’t stop there. Cory was clearly knowledgable of what I needed and was looking up my part while I waited for my ride to a motel. And this was late a night! I was very impressed for being a Parts Manager back home. He had the part ordered that I needed late at night and had me all fixed up early the very next morning again with a very reasonable rate. Very friendly folks. I highly recommend.”
