“Holly provided excellent customer service in the pharmacy. She was very thorough when explaining the situation regarding my medication and was helpful and kind. She was transparent about the time it would take to get my medication in and gave me other options to try and get it faster. You can tell she values customers and their treatment is a priority for her. I highly recommend choosing CVS over other pharmacies in murray.”

“I feel like a lot of big box stores no longer provide just good, genuine customer service. It was nice to feel the normal human interaction where people actually care if you get what you paid for it. It was such a pleasure working with Madison on some printing of some invitations, and she was so communicative to make sure that everything printed correctly before a large batch was printed. I really appreciated her and the store for being understanding and working with me. Thank you so much.”
