“I give 5 stars to five star, for the excellent customer service. They closed down the hot bar at 230 and I wanted a fried bologna sandwich, upon seeing my disappointment the staff took the time to fry me a fresh one! Who does that? Five star that's who.”

“Came in yesterday and picked up my pizza order and the pizza was made perfect very delicious we order pizza only from caseys the cook I think his name was Brad or Bradley was super polite and very professional he made our pizza perfect I highly recommend anyone to caseys Brad went beyond to please us I really appreciate that in a business 5 stars if I can do more I would give you all a 10 star”

“I see a lot of negative reviews on here. But I have to say that Sarah the tech went above and beyond for me. I had just moved here from another state and was nearly out of meds due to ridiculous insurance issues. She spent 45 minutes on the phone sorting it out and getting the run around. All with a smile on her face. And she fixed the issue. I'm so grateful. Thank you Sarah. You deserve a raise”

“This store is very inviting and very organized not to mention very clean. They also hire great people. One lady stands out there. She is friendly and very helpful. You can tell that she really and truly cares about her customers. She goes up and beyond for them. CVS hired a gem for sure. Great job Dasia S. Great job CVS for finding her. “Exiting the interstate I had my chance to turn left or right. I chose correctly and ended up at the Shell station called pockets. They have a very good inventory plus hot food and an excellent inventory of drinks. The bathrooms were the best I've seen on the trip not just cleanliness but by design, I talked to two employees and both were very personable and I complimented him on the bathroom and the employee I spoke to said she took pride in wearing the uniform, so she was a representative and she should took pride in establishment. This is the first time on my trip that I've found a bathroom that was up to, what I would call normal standards. I don't know what the other gas stations are like in town but I do not think that they could be better than this.”
