As they were fixing my phone, they noticed a few things: my wasn't new, it had been fixed before, and there was a sticker on the inside that wasn't from Samsung. It didn't take them very long to get my phone working again and back with cell service. Great guys and very informative about how my phone was not new when I purchased it.”
