I walked in pissed because my phone port wasn't working and he got it fixed in 10 minutes, turns out it was just dirty!!! He didn't try to charge me for crap I didn’t need and he was super kind to me! Over all a great, fast and friendly experience. Im super pleased with Tech-knowledge 517 and I will be back!!!!!!
