Regions Bank provides awesome and helpful service, with very kind and eager staff. Bankers go above and beyond to get customers set up with the correct accounts and are extremely respectful of their time, often expediting processes. They are friendly and explain things thoroughly to solve issues, including those with statements or fraud. While the hours can be annoying, the overall service is consistently satisfactory and supportive for all banking needs.
Regions is my only choice in banking. They care about their customers.
