“Recently went here to buy a dishwasher for a rental unit and had a few bumps and bruises but thanks to Eric and the repair crew life is grand. He was gracious, had a replacement ordered before the repair crew got to the property just in case, and worked with me on the install fee. Eric, thanks for helping me make this right and get it done. And even when I got a bit grumpy, he never change his tone which was service threw and threw. I will be back. Thanks all, Eric, Mark, David, the crew that came out to take care of what was needed. “I arrived at 8:10 pm on Sunday, thinking the store was open till 9:00 pm. Shortly after arrival, l heard the announcer politely encourage customers to make their purchase as the store was closed. I had difficulty finding the item I was looking for. A store attendant saw me and asked if he could help. He then guided me to the correct location for the item, and did so in a pleasant and friendly way, well past closing time. I'm noticing that customer service agents are very attentive to customers! Bravo!!!”

“Very happy with my experience here. I had bought a TV and couldn't attach the legs to it. I felt so stupid but after 45 minutes I was so irritated and decided to pack it up and bring it back for an exchange. I started the process upfront and went to the back to pick out my TV that I would be exchanging for. Stephanie, a manager, saw me looking at TVs and asked if I needed help. I told her I was doing an exchange and trying to figure out the difference between two TVs. She told me the difference and I then said what my current problem was. She asked me if anyone had offered to try putting the legs on for me and asked if I'd like her to try. Turned out the holes in the TV weren't drilled deep enough but she was able to fix it for me and install the legs for me, all with a smile on her face and friendly banter. I was very impressed and haven't really had a good customer service experience ANYWHERE in years. I don't usually leave reviews but I felt compelled to leave a review to say that Stephanie is a fantastic manager and a great addition to Best Buy. She sure knows customer service and has made it so that my next electronic purchase will definitely be at Best Buy in Florence! Thanks!”

The delivery crew is are great and friendly folks who are extremely diligent and careful with the deliveries. I would never buy a new appliance (which typically break down after a few years) when I could have an older, reliable appliance that will give me years of service.”

“We bought all of our kitchen appliances from The Appliance Loft. They made sure everything would fit with our kitchen and basement bar specs. They triple checked before ordering. Helped me give measurements to kitchen designer to be sure cabinet fronts for fridge would matchup.Excellent service and follow up. We had to delay delivery for a few weeks to allow contractors to finish our kitchen… and they were agreeable to hang onto everything until we were ready for the delivery. Pleased with everything we bought. Love our Thermador stove and fridge!”

“Was there for electrical supplies. Struggled to find what I wanted. I'm not 100% on this next statement, but it seems to me that HD has less electrical components that Lowe's. I could be wrong, maybe it's that HD has their stuff spread across multiple aisles and Lowe's electrical is pretty much just in one aisle. I don't know, that's just how it felt. Take it with a grain of salt.”

“Home Depot does a good job of having virtually everything you need from a hardware store. I needed a 6 foot length of garden hose. They had multiple options. I would have given 5 stars but I had to find somebody to tell me where they put the hoses. It was outside in their garden center.”
