Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Florence, KY Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. The Florence store was very clean, with minimal and neat wing stacks. Plumbing and window treatments were well stocked and signed, with greets and help everywhere. Even though it's a little late in the season they still had a pretty good selection of plants in the garden department. Lowe's workers are very professional and helpful, providing wonderful customer service that is understanding, friendly, and patient. They answer questions shortly and in a timely manner. While one customer is not crazy about the prices or quality of the tools and suggests being careful what you choose to buy, most experiences are positive. The store usually takes great care of veterans with a military discount, and staff are typically very helpful and kind. However, one isolated incident involved a rude interaction at the register regarding discount protocol, which left a bad taste despite the discount ultimately being given. Overall, the store is recommended for its service and selection.
I've always had good experiences at this Lowe's. I have confidence that I'll receive good customer service and treated well. I've bought appliances, paint, wood, tools, gardening products, and I've never had an issue come up or been ignored. I'd recommend this Lowe's 🙂

Tyler Minton in carpet is the man you want if you need carpet or tile he is awesome funny and knows what you need or would want that guy deserves a raise!!!!! He was very helpful even looked up on the computer for what I needed!!! Great person!!!! Also he is active military 🪖 wonderful person all around
