“Reading these reviews are a bit confusing. I know this location USED to be a Sears but this is for American Freight.Anyway, wife and I were looking for a dresser/mirror combo. Looked online before heading to store to see what was actually "in stock" and ready to go. The one we really liked showed in stock ready for pick up today, however it was not. The lady who was helping us called other stores and they didn't have it either. We ended up buying our 2nd choice, but next time I will call the store 1st to verify they have the product before going. Other than that, the quality was better than I expected in the price range we looked at today.”

“I've taken my Janome to Kramer's twice now. The first time they repaired and returned my machine quicker that promised, and the second time fit a quick fix into their busy schedule, while making it clear I could end up at the back of the service line if my problem required anything labor-intensive. Erin was sweet and professional about managing expectations, and my last problem was solved in less than 15 minutes!”

They gave me the best estimate, answered my numerous questions and they were just great throughout the entire process. “Recently went here to buy a dishwasher for a rental unit and had a few bumps and bruises but thanks to Eric and the repair crew life is grand. He was gracious, had a replacement ordered before the repair crew got to the property just in case, and worked with me on the install fee. Eric, thanks for helping me make this right and get it done. And even when I got a bit grumpy, he never change his tone which was service threw and threw. I will be back. Thanks all, Eric, Mark, David, the crew that came out to take care of what was needed. “I arrived at 8:10 pm on Sunday, thinking the store was open till 9:00 pm. Shortly after arrival, l heard the announcer politely encourage customers to make their purchase as the store was closed. I had difficulty finding the item I was looking for. A store attendant saw me and asked if he could help. He then guided me to the correct location for the item, and did so in a pleasant and friendly way, well past closing time. I'm noticing that customer service agents are very attentive to customers! Bravo!!!”

“Ferguson helped me with some hard to find pipe for a home project. After receiving the delivery I realized a made a mistake on the diameter of pipe I needed. They worked with me to exchange for the correct size, including pickup of the old and delivery of the new. Great customer service is all too uncommon these days, but much appreciated.”

“Best experience ive ever had at a furniture store. The employees were very knowlegdable and helped me find exactly what I wanted and what worked for me and my family. The GM James was so great he has outstanding customer service and truley cares about his customers. Everything was delivered day and time they said it would be the delivery guys were so professional and set everything up for me and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. I will definitely be returning for all of my furniture needs. High recommend!!!”

“What a great place to buy a used appliance! I've bought several here over the years and they always work great, are a clean as a new appliance, and delivered promptly. The delivery crew is are great and friendly folks who are extremely diligent and careful with the deliveries. I would never buy a new appliance (which typically break down after a few years) when I could have an older, reliable appliance that will give me years of service.”

“We bought all of our kitchen appliances from The Appliance Loft. They made sure everything would fit with our kitchen and basement bar specs. They triple checked before ordering. Helped me give measurements to kitchen designer to be sure cabinet fronts for fridge would matchup.Excellent service and follow up. We had to delay delivery for a few weeks to allow contractors to finish our kitchen… and they were agreeable to hang onto everything until we were ready for the delivery. Pleased with everything we bought. Love our Thermador stove and fridge!”

Tim had to make numerous trips to Kentucky and he still remained completely professional and absolutely wonderful to work with even though my store is a little out of the way. “Yo shoutout to Mr. Gregory F. for helping my grandfather out this afternoon. I got a call from my grandad that he had lost his wallet with all his belongings in it, and was literally panicking. I quickly called The Home Depot, and was instantly connected with Mr. Gregory, I'm pretty sure he heard the frustration in my voice lol, but he quickly calmed me down and took my information. As I was calling to cancel his cards, Mr Gregory called me back with in 10 minutes and stated he had found it. I tried to offer to tip him and he would not take it. I hope this finds it way to The Home Depot Corporate, this man is AMAZING and I am truly grateful. Mr Gregory when I come visit Cincy, I will definitely be bringing you a few souvenirs from Las Vegas. Thank you again P.S. To the mamm/ sir who returned the wallet "GOD BLESS YOU". “Was there for electrical supplies. Struggled to find what I wanted. I'm not 100% on this next statement, but it seems to me that HD has less electrical components that Lowe's. I could be wrong, maybe it's that HD has their stuff spread across multiple aisles and Lowe's electrical is pretty much just in one aisle. I don't know, that's just how it felt. Take it with a grain of salt.”

“Although it is a bummer that they won’t be selling Movies anymore.. this store always seems nice and kept. Selections are good. Been here many times through the years and never had an issue. I come here with my youngest son and he enjoys purchasing movies and sadly this was probably his last trip.”

“it's the best Home Depot in Cincinnati! the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I normally have my dog who is very well behavedwith me and even a few employees remember him by name. To me that's huge WOW! If something is not in stock the service desk is always very helpful. I have been going to this Home Depot for a long time. So long, I still remember when this was a 24hr a day Home Depot. I've maybe encountered less than 5 employees in all those years that just weren't a typical Home Depot employee. Hats off to the great staff that make me loyal to HD.”
