“My heat furnace was broke on Saturday night January 31 my house was freezing..and thank you to Recker berger for the excellent customer services..Kelly from Recker and boerger is a very nice and helpful person she gave me lots of help and advices , plus Mr. Robert as a sales person is very nice and give me a very honest price for my whole unit furnace compare to the other companies , plus their technician guy Clinton is show up on time at 7 am on his schedule and very professional, helpful and friendly during the entire set up on the new furnace unit . I will definitely recommend Recker and Boerger .”
“I am strongly recommending Howards Kitchens without any reservation. We did a major remodel of our kitchen which required a complete tear out and demolition. Before we did so, we obtained three different bids. Howard’s Kitchens was the best and most thorough bid. Howard’s Kitchens designs were also the most thoughtful and creative.
Howard’s crew was exceptional, highly skilled and well organized. They did everything from the plumbing, wiring, drywall and appliance installations. No waiting for subcontractors. When they left for the day, the premises were spotless- no dust or debris. The fact that they have worked for Howards for many years says a lot about the owner. I would add that they were trustworthy and did not require us to be there with them- a big plus. Mr. Kaplan, the owner, was always available and always promptly returned our calls. I can’t say enough about this company. Five Stars!!!!”

“it's the best Home Depot in Cincinnati! the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I normally have my dog who is very well behavedwith me and even a few employees remember him by name. To me that's huge WOW! If something is not in stock the service desk is always very helpful. I have been going to this Home Depot for a long time. So long, I still remember when this was a 24hr a day Home Depot. I've maybe encountered less than 5 employees in all those years that just weren't a typical Home Depot employee. Hats off to the great staff that make me loyal to HD.”
“What a great place to buy a used appliance! I've bought several here over the years and they always work great, are a clean as a new appliance, and delivered promptly. The delivery crew is are great and friendly folks who are extremely diligent and careful with the deliveries. I would never buy a new appliance (which typically break down after a few years) when I could have an older, reliable appliance that will give me years of service.”
“We went to pick up a truck that we rented on line, the two employee were the worst workers I have ever came across they didn't talk to me just pointed saw me struggling trying to work the on line process, didn't say a word I was so frustrated I canceled my rental.”
“Ferguson helped me with some hard to find pipe for a home project. After receiving the delivery I realized a made a mistake on the diameter of pipe I needed. They worked with me to exchange for the correct size, including pickup of the old and delivery of the new. Great customer service is all too uncommon these days, but much appreciated.”

“Came in to buy my 87 year old father a refurbished iPhone SE 3rd generation as he has had the 1st gen for a couple of years. Online it showed several available in excellent condition priced from about $139-199. We also wanted to get him some cordless headphones for watching TV. The gentleman that helped us was helpful, but not too mindful or aware that my dad (with a walker) was having trouble getting around bc he was feeling weak, so we went to the back to the tv area where the headphones were (which he could’ve easily brought up to us by the phones), got the only ones they had, price was decent ($110) and work well. Then he took us back to the front by the phones and said he’d go see what they had as far as the refurbished iPhone. Came back and said we only had one back there, it’s an excellent condition one and it’s $199. After asking about the battery health, he said they can range from 80-100%. Obviously I didn’t want to spend $200 on an “excellent” refurbished phone if the battery health was below 87-90%. You can’t check that until you have almost completely set the phone up, which I did while having lunch, and the battery health was 83%. I was very disappointed and decided to take it back and see if we could order one off their website and have it delivered, he showed me the best to order and said I had to download the app to purchase because it was a phone from Apple, not them. Ordered the phone and upon checking out it showed the purchase was not from Apple but a different company. Received the phone and when I finally was able to transfer his stuff from the old phone (the phone needed an update) the battery health of this phone is 85%. I didn’t want to deal with another return and decided to keep it, got it all set up and running two days ago and so far there have been no issues. It was just a hassle dealing with the whole phone ordeal with them. I would recommend calling around to see if there are better options for refurbished phones before deciding to purchase one from Best Buy, especially since the gentleman that did the return said the battery health is kind of luck of the draw.”

But with that said today I had a gentleman named Dave T in plumbing actually come up to me and asked if I needed help. I never had this at this store before. This gentleman was very helpful with every question.”

“The Ridge store staff are far more friendly and helpful than the staff at the Mason store. At Mason, employees often give careless responses such as, “If we have it, it should be in that area.”. I am not sure why but staff seems to be stressed out except there are a few fresh new young employee front/cashier staff.”

“Great place! We are definitely returning. Good selection, quality and price. No pressure here and no hand-holding like at other stores. Just personable, respectful, and knowledgeable sales staff who are there when you need them. We found a timeless, classy sofa and loveseat combo for a fantastic deal. We even had money left over, and opted for the protection package in case of stains or damage. My husband and I came in with very different ideas about what we wanted. We hit up a few stores and came back to this one. We left feeling like our money was well spent. Our friends and neighbors like the set, too! I can’t wait to host more often now that we can seat more people!”
